Is there an official Teen Patti Master helpline number?

That gap is exactly what scammers use. They post a “Teen Patti Master customer care number” on free business listings, video comments and Telegram groups. When someone calls about a stuck withdrawal or a locked account, the “agent” asks for an OTP, a UPI PIN or a small “verification fee”. Real support doesn’t need any of these.
How to contact Teen Patti Master support inside the app
The menu names change a little between versions, but the route is usually the same.
- Open the app and log in to the account that has the problem. Support can only see the account you are signed in to.
- Open your profile or the menu. Look for Customer Service, Help, Support or a headset icon.
- Start a chat or raise a ticket. Pick the closest topic: login, recharge, withdrawal, account.
- Write the facts in one message: your in-app user ID, the date and time, what you expected and what happened. Add a screenshot.
- Save the ticket number and keep every reply. You will need them if you go to the police or your bank later.

How to spot a fake customer care number
- The number is on Google Maps, Justdial, a YouTube comment or a WhatsApp forward, not inside the app.
- The “agent” calls you back from a different personal number.
- They ask for an OTP, UPI PIN, card details or your screen to be shared.
- They tell you to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, QuickSupport or any “support app”.
- They want a “processing fee”, “tax” or “unlock charge” before releasing a withdrawal.
- They create a sense of hurry: “your account will be blocked in 10 minutes”.
One of these signs is enough to hang up. You never need to share a PIN to receive money.

If you have already been cheated
Act fast. The first few hours matter most when money has moved through UPI.
- Call 1930, the national cyber crime helpline, or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Call your bank using the number on the back of your card or in its official app, and ask them to block the transaction.
- Change your UPI PIN and any password you shared.
- Uninstall any screen-sharing app the caller asked you to install.
- Keep the evidence: the scammer’s number, chat screenshots, UPI reference numbers and times.
About money in the app. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online money games in India, and banks and payment apps are barred from processing their payments.
